Having traipsed through the mud (wet and dry-ish), missed a gig because of a wig and drunk the cider (apple and pear), we made our way to the main stage for Saturday's headline act, The Killers.

I'm not their biggest fan, which is good, because this is what I saw.

When even the giant screens show figures too small to be sure they're even people, let alone the famous ones you've paid hard earned cash to see, it's time to give up and return to check you're tent's not underwater.

The Thousand Islands constitute an archipelago of 1,864 islands that straddles the Canada-U.S. border in the Saint Lawrence River as it emerges from the northeast corner of Lake Ontario. They stretch for about 50 miles (80 km) downstream from Kingston, Ontario. The Canadian islands are in the province of Ontario, the U.S. islands in the state of New York.

Each student gets a studio room in a student residence building. This type of housing is more common than dorm in France; students have to find their own apartment/residence. There are a lot of student residences in Lyon. This is one of them, Studea Berthelot Garibaldi. It is one minute walk from Tram Station where you can take a tram to Metro Station to get to the campus.
