The view of the countryside below the Roman Fort at Hardknott Pass. The massive boulder looked like yet another tower overlooking the hilly approaches to the fort. Note the Cumbrian walls stretching all over the hilly countryside. Some of them reach all the way to the peak! Cumbrian farmers must have had a lot of spare time on their hands!

Summer 2006- Holiday in the Lake District, Cumbria. Lots more photos to come.
Don't you love the Longfellow Bridge? Red line trains, duck boats (and other boats) and the Boston skyline all at the same time!
View from the Marussia garage of starting the engine and Jules blasting out for FP3. Then the race viewed from the main grandstand.
The view from my hotel room window when I was in St. Louis.
I took this shot without a tripod. It was hand held. Well, I had the camera pressed between the window and my forehead, and then I stood very, very still.
*I called this my "Licky view" because I posted the first photo of my view from my Blackberry, and I didn't pay attention to auto-completed text when I sent the message. It was supposed to be lucky, but it came out licky. Oops!
The Palolo region that backs against the distant hills, with dramatic cloud patterns. Clouds usually shroud the upper regions of the hills, making it cold up there. Image features residentials on the hill slopes, and hotels, motels and apartments in the foreground. Ala Wai Canal can be seen across the middle of the image. A panoramic view. On the 30th floor of the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
