The video board has just three 470 uF 16 volt electrolytic capacitors shown at the bottom-right. I've never seen these go bad so are probably not part of the capacitor plague. Replace only if you see bulging or venting at the top where the aluminum cans are scored.

they were SO hard to catch on video! When you were in the water WITHOUT a camera they would sit a meter away from you and swoop down in front of your face. As soon as they saw a camera they took off. Maybe they thought it was a gun. I don't know.
