This looks like a sea anemone, but it's an artichoke flower. This is what you get if you don't eat the artichoke!

Fuli market
Fuli is a small town on the east bank of the Li River. It is 8 kilometers (5miles) east of Yangshuo County Town and 70 kilometers (45 miles) south of Guilin City. It also lies on the road between Yangshuo and Xingping, which is another famous ancient town along the Li River.
I cooked this piece of Brisket beef for Dennis, it cooked really well but fell apart during cooking..
I rub dry mustard into the flesh with Thyme then brown in the casserole dish to seal, lay the beef on top of a layer of carrots, onions (mine were red),swede chopped, with whole garlics salt pepper and red wine with water...cook on a high heat oven for half and hour then low for several hours, with the lid on..Dennis likes the beef to fall apart when it's taken from the pan, which it just about did when it was finished, the vegetables are so well cooked when the dinner is done I mash them to make a lovely thick and tasty gravy...
i was watching Everyday Italian with Giada on Food Network and saw her make this. it looked soo good i printed out the recipe and wanted to try it today!

Is that what you call people who jar everything? Our friends from Idaho are awesome. They grow all these fruits and vegetables and then jar them and eat them year round.

Using old Kegway plastic beer kegs that amazingly can't be reused, but can be melted down and recycled. Seems strange to me as the beer is within a bag inside the plastic bottles, give them a rinse and a new bag and I don't see why they couldn't be reused.
