This is the first Vector I've ever seen. This M12 is actually Chassis #1, and the paint job is the same as it came out of the factory. I have no idea why Vector painted it that way, it seems very strange they did.

The Vector W8 was a sports car produced from 1989 to 1993. It was manufactured by Vector Aeromotive, and was designed by Gerald Wiegert and David Kostka. The company claimed the newest and most advanced aerospace materials were used in building the W8s, which they said justified applying to the car the term "Aeromotive Engineering." Just 19 W8s were produced (17 customer cars and two pre-production cars, the prototype W2, and two prototype Avtech WX-3 and AWX3R with a mock up of the 7.0 liter DOHC TT engine evolution). A total of 22 automobiles produced by Vector Aeromotive over the life of the company. The car originally sold at retail for up to $455,000 USD new (on today's used market they are available from $200,000 to well over $1 million depending on the condition of the car.)

Many of you may or may not know but I've been taking tailoring, seamstress and other related classes for the past 6 years. This last year I took Fashion design and I'm trying to validate some of the computer subjects (since I kind of already use Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign like, EVERYDAY ^^). I need to hand in some works to demonstrate my knowledge.
So this is my first tryout vectorizing our little boy. I had SO much fun doing this silly thing, but I think it will come real handy to pre-design some cool Wataru suits. (please note, I colored it in 5 minutes, so it's really cheesy and crappy and just fun, I will do a better-serious version for school, though)
Yaaay for sewing school!
This was my first serious vector drawing using Illustrator cs3. Since then I have gone vector mad creating all sorts of neat images...
There's a pretty cool art installation called Vectorial Elevation setup as a part of the whole Olympics extravaganza. This night was especially good for getting photos of the different searchlight patterns as the clouds were more varied than the usual flat overcast that hangs over the city about this time of year.
I ended up setting my camera to manual, and the shutter speed to bulb so that I could get clean exposures of the beams. The patterns shift around after about 12 seconds, and it took me a few moments to recompose between patterns.
