Vampire Fynn and the green-headed water snake in the garden this morning. I wanted to water some potted flowers but Fynn made clear that the flowers had to wait because he and the water snake were exhausted and needed a nap.
Centuries before his more famous descendant, Abram Lincoln, Vampire Hunter, stalked the mountains of Transylvania looking for, Neferata, the vampire who killed his younger brother. Weeks of traveling and following rumors have brought him to this small castle in the mountains. Perhaps he will have is revenge tonight.
This is the first actual castle I've built in quite some time. While not colossal, it is my entry into the Vampire Castle Category of the 2020 Colossal Castle Contest (CCC XVIII). View the technique I used for the windows in this post.
The dramatic effect of jet-blast on a blacktop runway, seen in action at Wolverhampton Halfpenny Green Airport today!
The Vampire & Venom are both notorious types for their angled exhausts damaging aerodrome surfaces. Here the Vampire T11 is seen taking off at full power, and large chunks of asphalt are sent flying into the air.

This is the third series of Blockhead character builds. This series celebrates all things Halloween! The second series was based on various animals and infused with expressions. The first series was based on the myriad of emotions I've seen from my newborn. There are twelve different characters in each wave, collect them all!
You can see all of the new series on my new facebook page, and if you do stop by, why not give it a "like"!

The multirole Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle designed by Boeing Integrated Defense Systems is currently used in the United States Air Force and Navy. In addition to its conventional weapon systems, consisting of air-to-air and air-to-ground ordnance, the ‘Vampire’ can be equipped with the Tactical Laser System (TLS) that can be used against both air and ground targets.
This build was inspired by the game Ace Combat Infinity.

HMAS Vampire on her commissioning day on June 22 1959, shortly after her handing over at sea. Present was the then Minister for the Navy "Jolly" John Gorton who signed for the new ship. She was then put through her paces for the cameras resulting in some classic views.
General shortages meant that the Australian Darings were completed some years later than their RN sisters with commensurate improvements such as full air conditioning, improved accommodation (at the expense of one set of torpedoes), the Limbo anti submarine mortar and modified air defence. Air conditioning meant that scuttles (portholes) were only fitted to the hull in way of the galley and heads (toilets)- an instant identifier.
Again though the ships were limited as gun ships in the missile age and a modernisation for Vampire and Vendetta did nothing to address this, the costs involved being way too high.
Nonetheless they represented the zenith of their type and the technology; those who laboured to preserve Vampire for posterity should be commended.

Ce livre regorge de créations fantastiques dont celles de Derfel (www.flickr.com/photos/45244184@N04/) qui a été une grande source d'inspiration pour les techniques utilisées.
This pic started with the dress. I went to pick up the cute fairy outfit my plurk friend Evie just released for a special sale, and right next to it was another dress - this one - by another designer. I got both!
I love to play with light and shadows in my SL photography, and what better drama could there be than a vampire who loses track of time?
