Aedan stepped out of the store and into the bright sunshine. Of course he had been there less than a day so the newness of it all still embraced him. There seemed to be nothing exceptional about the hat he had just purchased though. It was the typical ‘Cuban fedora’ that he had seen on so many while walking the streets. The brim was rolled down in the front to better block the sun. He wondered to himself if it would block rain as well.

This long closed and seemingly abandoned one room schoolhouse in northeast Iowa has been on a permanent vacation for over half a century now. Decay is now the enemy, and this beauty from yesteryear needs to be enjoyed while it's still around...

Have a great sliders Sunday all!

Well, as some of you might have guessed, I went in vacations and had some great time there ! I went in the South West of France, near Spain, where I could see amazing landscapes, obviously I took the opportunity to visit some stables because even on vacation, we need to see horses ! During my journey, I visited a Mediterranean stable, it was really fancy, all the horses were so pretty but when I saw this gorgeous mare, I immediately fell in love with her.. Can you understand why ?!

After a restful 5 months, Benny is back at work. Union regulations require 15 sacs of nectar be brought back to the hive daily rain or shine. Benny however is about to get his pink slip and go on unemployment. He brought back only 2 sacs yesterday and hope nobody noticed. Apparently the queen keeps a ledger.
