The little Chapell - Die kleine Kapelle

I remember well the days when I saw the little chapel by the motorway and thought about taking a photo. Unfortunately, there was no way to get to the chapel from the motorway. So it actually took a couple of years before I was able to complete the project. I was finally able to reach the chapel via small side roads and farm tracks. I had to abandon my initial intention of using a drone. I was too close to the motorway and the sun was coming from that direction. So I decided to take a backlit shot with the Sony camera. Thanks to Lightroom, you can do something good with a RAW shot so it doesn't sink into the depths...;) The sky looked promising and the picture was finally in the can! But now I don't want it to end up on my hard drive...;) Here it is!
Trip to the ayrshire coast last weekend... didn't really get the explosion of colour I had hoped for... more of a whimper of pastel...
Probably the perfect antidote for the Vernal Equinox colourfest posted earlier :-)
