Out with the Rock Shox Metro, and in with the Kona Project II. 20lb bike, and the contact points are as close as I can make them to the old bike. Flipped north road bars, shorty stem (could be shorter). Might need gears.
Utopia is a stock SM, and Nami is a custom SM. They're both the EBL version, which I love so much more than the SBL encore that was released.
