As those who live in SLO are familiar, there are a large number of these artfully painted utility boxes. This was one I hadn't noticed before, even though it was done by an acquaintance of mine. Sentiment is one being readily expressed these days.

Seen on the Gold Coast, Australia, reasonably confident it is a 1946 model but more than happy to learn more?

A utility pole that uses the minifigure zip line handles so that string can be fed through to link multiple poles together. Would work well for layouts I think. It's also made to be pretty sturdy. Free Instructions here: rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-50464/MasterBuilderKTC/utility-p...

A fragment of an old utility pole lies discarded near a farmer's field. The outmoded porcelain insulator is still attached and in good condition. This short fragment of the pole has wires wrapped around it as though it had been reused as a fence post.

I recently acquired a Mamiya TLR camera. These photos are from my first roll of film that I ran through it as a test. I decided to go for a walk through the McNally lands in West Waterloo to find some subjects.

Check out an album containing more of my photos shot in 2018.

Hullo, again!

Yesterday I created my first robot/mech/drone that is poseable, but still stands up at the same time. The design can be improved upon of course. I would love to hear any suggestions that you have.

What a brilliant idea… turning utility boxes into canvases for art 🎨 😊

I have nothing clever to say about this one.
