The Lagan, immediately upstream from the Stranmillis Weir, on a sunny Spring morning. Now the site of the new footbridge. The graffiti-covered building (subsequently demolished - top right) provides a common reference point. 30 April 2015.

Both the Department of Veteran Affairs and the Department of Housing and Urban Development are working towards achieving functional zero status regarding veteran homelessness.

30 October 2022. With re-opening approaching all hoardings have been removed and the window display stocked. The road markings and traffic lights are being replaced at Castle Street (left) - closed since the fire.

Projectwell is the development management consultant for a 7 acre International Class Holiday Resort at Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh. With the first phase being operational, this project has seen the use of non-conventional construction technology, in an effort to complete the project in a record time of under 6 months. Shown in the picture is the chief minister of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Dhumal, laying the foundation stone of the resort, promoted by Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA).

The Donegall Square East side. The basement is currently occupied by a “small plates” restaurant/cocktail bar “We aim to please, so enjoy creative cocktails, a carefully curated range of spirts [sic], beers, wines and Margot’s (soon to be famous) Signature Irish coffee from the bar”. No idea how or whether this will affect the proposed redevelopment. 24 July 2022.
