Finally ready to fly! You can see the kit-name lettering between the stripes.
It flew on a F40-7. Good straight boost; delay could have been a second or two shorter, but was close enough.
The parachute got hung up in the body tube, but the damage was limited to a slight crumble of the upper body tube. Should be easy to repair.
The upscale Signal Mountain Lodge is a pretty large facility and the only lodge located right on Jackson Lake. Besides nice views of the lake and easy access, it also provides easy boating opportunities, including a medium sized motor-driven boats that can be rented by the hour.
The lake is surprisingly calm, which makes it easy to navigate the waters. Here are a few photos of the mountains as we drove around this area.
