Apologies for the lack of updates over the past week or so but we have all been rather busy with the serious job of all night drinking sessions, trips to exotic locations, a whole mile of designer stores to peruse and the discovery of some of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in! The holiday is now over unfortunately and I am back at home relaxing before the inevitable return to work next tuesday. All in all, our holiday was fantastic and just the tonic I needed. I caught a great tan and have also added a few inches to my waist. I really need to join a gym! Our flight home was delayed by two hours due to the terrorist bomb plot that had been uncovered back in Britain. News of the plot filtered around the airport while we were waiting, leading to a few of us getting a bit jittery about boarding the plane. Thankfully, everything was fine and we felt comforted by the extra security measures that were in place, though I must admit I have never been so glad to get off a plane in all my life. Its horrible to think that there are people in this world intent on destroying our way of life and plotting the mass murder of innocents. These are scary times that we live in. The picture in this post was taken in Mallorca in the capital city of Palma. Its a wonderful city with one of the most amazing cathedrals I have ever been in. It truly is stunning and well worth a visit.
