Trying to build a city in Unity3D using the terrain tools, placing buildings/skyscrapers as trees, so they will be billboarded in the distance. Obviously needs refining, but as a proof of concept, it works just fine.

The augmented reality installation SHOOT FYI playfully points at actual strategies of social media related affairs. Wearing a headmounted system or mobile device one can destroy the wall in front and thus unveil the space behind where virtual deconstructed icons involved in amorous interactions throw their shadows back onto the 3D-environment. The trigger-image correlates to a disastrous wall.

The exhibition’s ‘mixed reality - virtual art - room’ was shared with Norbert Unfug’s ‘Dream Sequence’ (VR-Installation).

SHOOT FYI will be released as soon as possible at Google Play & Apple App Store, so you can trigger a miniature variation of the original life-sized AR-Installation with your own mobile device.
