Third and final portrait, not in a collection but from this fantastic photo session from a couple days ago. Not the 6 seconds of shutterspeed this time, much quicker now. And no corpse paint left, not removed just smudged out.
Smudged out after the photo “Devils inside” was taken.
Compared to the other two and previous photos who had the more devil like appearance this I personally think it has more of an zombie appeal.

... On the border of night and day she stands, rising song to the eastern Sun she sings, light and colors back to the world she brings, painting brightly all the waters and lands.
Morning which wakes the Sun up from its deep sleep. With her eyes closed, she whispers immemorial spells that sound like a calm gentle song. Birds catch up her melody and disperse it all around. Sounds become louder and louder and finally Sun appears on the horizon covering everything with fresh golden light.
Here is a photo for you beer lovers out there. I am not a drinker and not too
fond of it. One main reason is that liquor triggers my asthma, which results to
me taking our my inhaler and using it. Anyways, I found this very interesting
since it's using real beer bottles to create a beautiful and creative
chandelier. Someone should try this at home =]
A mesmerizing metal sculpture, reminiscent of The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, stands silhouetted against a glowing sunset sky. The fusion of industrial design and artistic expression evokes a sense of magic, power, and transformation, as if conjuring energy from the heavens.
This is my latest sculpture titled "Ten Gallon Hat". This is a terra cotta relief sculpture. This is designed to hang on a wall. I will repost after the piece is kiln dried and patina applied.

Naval hill - Bloemfontein City, careful what lurks in the tall grass, rumor has it that it's not the wildlife up here but the people who murder and rape unsuspecting visitors and one should be wary at all times . This excursion went without trouble but it's clear few places in the country is left untouched by decay and neglect...stand tall and soak up the sun sign, better days might yet come...

About this image:
“Duality” was originally born of the police brutality protests during the COVID-19 pandemic. It symbolizes that we all must become as one to overcome this societal aberration of disunion; to focus on our similarities rather than differences. I created it to show that we share each other’s losses and triumphs and one person can only truly succeed to the level that everyone succeeds — together.
Once I completed the work, I realized that it also symbolized a duality in my own life. This is the divided countenance I face every day; to fight or flee, survive or succumb. The choice still looms: to plunge forward through the desolation, bitterness, fear and misery of the present light, or surrender myself to the molten treasure of the unknowing, unseeing, unremembering dark.
The philosophy of duality dictates that there is no perception of light without dark, no perception of pleasure without pain. I have known this since long, but cannot reconcile the possibility that the past pleasures in my life — these exceptional people and my lovely home — will leave nothing in their parting wake but the balance to be requited in pain. This duality fosters an endless ambivalence, in keen awareness that every decision made could lead to a greater destiny ... or grave downfall.

This is one of a group of painted bison forms that were scattered around Custer, South Dakota in May of 2006. We have seen other art projects of this type around the country....some with bears, sea lions, fish and other creatures.
A whimsical night scene unfolds in this towering mural captured at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, D.C., a beloved institution on the National Mall known for its commitment to bold, contemporary art. The artwork features a surreal narrative: a yellow-faced, pajama-clad figure reclining across two wooden boats adrift in a vivid teal sea. In one hand, the figure cradles a tiny, bright house, while a tilted lighthouse anchors the composition in the lower right. Above, a crescent moon with a dreamy, humanlike face gazes down through misty clouds, evoking both watchfulness and serenity. The moon’s expression adds emotional depth, suggesting themes of longing, guardianship, or the subconscious mind.
