When my uncle died in Feb. 06 we had the tedious job of going through his things. He was a collector of... things.. so here are some shots of all his collectables.
The apartment was soooo small.. this room included some crazy purple hand prints.. and more stuff.
Here's my Uncle Ed. His name is Edward, and for some reason he hates being called anything but Ed. Anyways, Uncle Ed is one pretty cool dude. To really understand how much of a "fun uncle" he is you have to understand that he and Michael Chen, one of my friends from school, are freakishly similar.
It just struck me one day that they tend to like the same music, talk in that same sarcastic tone (even when they're serious), and always seem to expect the outrageous from me despite my rather un-outrageous personality. Oh, by the way, this is the guy who married my Auntie Dee.
Once again, co-starring in this picture is my little cousin Owen, who actually kind of reminds me of an upbeat, hyperactive monkey. :D

my uncle has a passion for reparing old french cars. this one was in store in 1962 and he just recently bought it and repaired it. Probably my favorite car to ride in around Lyon, France.
