The gorgeous busted light. Candyland.

Another view.

Not my best at all,

but I am trying to get out of my B&w/border

phase that I'm for some reason stuck in...

Although I somewhat like how this came

out I'm assuming you all are sick of seeing

the same style covers uploaded...

Hahah so I'm sorry about that. I'm working

on a bright, fun cover that'll be up sometime this week!

enjoying nature together with I.

Taken at a show with Lifetime and Snapcase somewhere in Southern California in 1994.

For the "My Unbroken Silence" theme, Xtine was assigned Gia Carangi. Most people know her as just simply 'Gia.' She was considered by some to be the first supermodel. Sadly in March of 1980 Gia's agent Wilhelmina Cooper died of lung cancer. Shortly thereafter Gia fell into a deep depression that led to drug abuse. Even after an attempt to get clean, the death of her good friend and fashion photographer Chris von Wangenheim caused a relapse sending her back down the path of self destruction and drug abuse.

In 1986 Gia was diagnosed with AIDS. On November 18, 1986, Gia died of AIDS-related complications at the age of 26. Her life long battles with drug abuse and the ravages of AIDS left Gia so gaunt and disfigured that her funeral could only be a closed-casket funeral. Nobody from the fashion world attended.

Reading about Gia and learning more about her I knew depression was a major factor in her life. So for the image I have Xtine as Gia lying naked on the ground, crying, dejected, her spirit broken. The dark cloud encircling her represents the ever present feeling of depression and hopelessness. Her nudity representing complete vulnerability to ‘the beast’ that was her melancholia.

I'm in love with this album and Demi! I've always underrated but sha has an amazing voice.

I really like the cover, I was inspired to Skyscraper video, hope you like it ;)

And another one bites the dust

Oh why can I not conquer love?

And I might have thought that we were one

Wanted to fight this war without weapons

And I wanted it, I wanted it bad

But there were so many red flags

Now another one bites the dust

Yeah, let's be clear, I'll trust no one

You did not break me

I'm still fighting for peace

"Will the Circle Be Unbroken?" is a popular Christian hymn written in 1907 by Ada R. Habershon with music by Charles H. Gabriel. The song is often recorded unattributed and, because of its age, has lapsed into the public domain. It also refers to the the famed circle on the Grand Ole Opry House stage is a piece of wood cut from the floor of the Ryman Auditorium, the Opry's previous home.

SHE WANTED IT ALL. ALL. HOW COULD SHE KEEP ALL OF IT. 'HOW CAN I KEEP ALL OF IT' … SHE THOUGHT HARD … 'HOW CAN I HAVE EVERYTHING' … '?'

Ten steps from my desk at work are several boxes of brand new colored pencils that I have to let my students break in the next time coloring is required. Taken with a Canon S3IS in super macro mode. Type L for a better view.

Shortly after sunrise, a bright quiet morning. No wind to disturb the surface, no noise. No internet. No email. No media. Nature. No alligators, at the moment.

"Happiness is the harvest of a quiet eye."

Austin O'Malley

On this first snow of the year, I decided to take a walk through the woods. The snow-muffled silence was broken only by the occasional sparrow and rustling of the breeze.

Raining. Has been for days. Off, more on. Soaking the sweeping, seeded fields as gravity forces the runoff into trickles then streams that overflow every little-to-large depression ad infinitum. Morose, mercurial clouds, messengers of inclemency relentlessly release their heavy burden upon the sacrificial land. Along the miles of contouring blacktop uncovered winter wheat: this year’s harvest painting the muddy earth with neat rows of green freckles. Out here every man counts. Every man does what he is able and more to move the EWG “Scoot” down the line. Moreover, every man is “here” because he is a railroader at heart. Diesel flows through his veins, oil blackens his duds, that pungent odor of creosote rises from his steel-toed boots, and the “105” hangs proudly from his keychain. He’s at home out on the rails riding the iron horse to wherever the tracks take him. He uses his gut acumen to accomplish the task at hand; to get his machinal horses to bite into the railhead and pull thousands of wheat tons, east. Adding more and more from wherever the outbound crew has left empties that are filled or will be, soon. Today is no different. As I see mechanics, Jeff and Starr who’ve have been weathering the damp morning making sure the girls are good to go. True, their dresses aren’t pretty, anymore. But they’re not here for their looks but their brawn. Back in Cheney, 96 milepoles east, the crew is already on duty reviewing their track warrants, job briefing the pending work, then’ll load – grip in hand – into the crew van for the 2-hours west with unseen crewman Murphy. But they’ll work around him. Meanwhile, bundled CWGG hands finish loading their allotment of Color Mark and “Employee-Owned” CH’s which they one-by-one muscle-spot under the crib spout across the CW Main from the brick Methodist Church using their lime green Steiger. The enduring scene produced a few memorable images, yet only one embodies the essence of the “CW.” A tradition only briefly broken by derailments, storms, and once by embargo awaiting dismantling, when wise men came together and saved it from certain death. I have no idea what this album's gonna be like but I'm honestly expecting nothing lower than spectacular...

I was making a simple graphic and decided to turn it in to an album cover and naming it after the new album.

Simple ain't it?! :p

My A/C unit and its sleeve came out of the window today. I'm always so pleased when the unbroken view out of my living room windows returns for autumn.

New cover for the album 'Unbroken' by Demi Lovato.

I love this album soooo much! Demi is amazing. <3

I made this using the fake I made. I was REALLY proud of it.

My first album cover for "Unbroken" by Demi Lovato. When my friend sent me the new photos, i was absolutely ecstatic. This was the first photo i wanted to use. With several adjustments this came out and i have to say that i've never been more proud of a cover like this one. (well besides my speak now cover) I also realize that there is a random line one the Os, no idea where those came from. I'll be making more covers for this album, but i wanted to show this one as the "start" of it all. Comments?
