Almost a sunny skipper! Class 67006 en-route to Stonehaven > forward to Aberdeen. For once, this tour finally ran after being cancelled 2 years in a row……Here seen on the decline from Carmont into Stonehaven
After seeing it up at Dunkeld, a quick get away plus the HST in front at Blackford being +8 late, made the shot doable. Class 68s for the Inverness Tesco being quite the odd variety after last years failings. Class 68002 away to underpass the A9 @ Blackford
37097 next to 26014 at Bridge of Dun, sadly the 37 wins the approval. Still a well done for what happened earlier this year! Time has flown by, as this was taken in April!!
In the crowds of people, thousands, 37425 prepared the run round to form 1Z31. Shame 37425 got shoved behind 37407 as some shots would’ve been preferred the other way…..oh well. Turn out mind, confirms the 37s where preferred more than booked 20s and a 33!

Best 4 days by far for photos! The highlights of those have now been uploaded. Although not a HST or a 68, the normal return of the slurries to Aberdeen Waterloo. With 5 tanks seems a waste of a run from Workington! Class 70807 here @ Craigo!

I think it was 163 but might have been 164….. Here rounding the curve off Carmont towards Laurencekirk. The last of the sunny spells didn’t last….making this the last decent photo for the time being.
