A outfit designed to take me from the office to "How to Survive the Apocalypse," a.k.a. "The Burning Man Opera." I cannot stress enough how obnoxious that tuxedo shirt is.
That morning I caught myself wondering if I lean too hard on my tuxedo shirt, sartorially speaking, and decided that I really like being the kind of person who has those kinds of problems.
Sparkle is the name of the game with the patent leather-like shine of black spinel marquise briolettes. They are topped with twisted sterling silver rings and clear and flashy rainbow moonstone faceted rondelles. The gems are wrapped in shiny sterling silver and suspended from my signature earwires. These earrings have the "black goes with anything" benefit for everyday wear, but are sparkly enough to catch an eye with that dressy holiday look as well, so they are very versatile.
