I've finished a repainting + eyelash tutorial I did when I repainted Esha, so I will post it here as soon as I've got time to translate it in English, probably sometime next week. It's the first tutorial I've ever done, so I'm not sure how much help it will offer... But at least I've tried. I wouldn't have done it in the first place, but I couldn't say no when I was asked. :-)
Extend each side of the paper outward, and start separating the layers. Fluff and arrange the petals as you see fit - you can make it messy or manicured.
