A mix of Cabbage rests, Granny Smith Apple, Sweet Potatoes, Garlic, Tumeric Powder & Black Pepper (very important to mix these two together, about 1/6 BP and 5/6 Tumeric), a very small quantity of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Honey. Vegetables and fruits weren't cook in any way, only cutted in dices.
Studies has shown that black pepper allow the digestive system to digest 1000x better the tumeric than the tumeric digest alone. Funny to see Indian cuisine do the same mix since centuries, at that time cooking was a medicine also...
Pork medallion with a pan sauce made from shallot, stock, mustard and cream.
Oven roasted carrot finished with mint.
Tumeric rice with green onion.
A 'mock' chicken which is made of soy products, seasoned with lemongrass, tumeric and other spices, wrapped in pandanus leaves and deep fried. A Thai dish.

Curried Mango boiled Chicken breast with a few raisins, pieces of Mango, Fennel, Radishes, Parsley, Veganaise, Honey Mustard from the Farmers Market, Curry and Tumeric Powder, Lemon Pepper, Braggs and Apple Cider Vinegar on Rice cakes garnished with Watercress.
