Tofu scramble.
To make this, drain a block of firm tofu. Crumble into bite sized pieces and fry in oil for about 3 or 4 minutes. Then combine 2 tsbp soy sauce, 3/4 tsp tumeric, 3/4 tsp garam masala and a little bit of garlic. Mix that into the cooked tofu and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
You can also add in mushrooms, peppers, onions and stuff like that, but I was too lazy to do that today.
I helped prepare some brinjal curry - deseeding tiny brinjal about the size of conkers, add coconut milk, curry leaves, fenugreek, tumeric, chillies and onions. Mmmm
cabbage garlic ginger onion tumeric carrot daikon jalapeno cayenne seaweed salt, fermented in a crock for a month or so
so do Paypal and Ebay..... my husband on the other hand...well thats a different story....;-)

Another simple meal I made on the farm. This is probably the most complex meal I would make: On the left, black rice with tumeric and cucumber; on the right, mung dhal with ginger, onion, garlic, and half a fresh chili. It was absolutely DELICIOUS!
