Thanks for viewing my photos on Flickr. I can also be found on Twitter and You Tube

an HDR shot of the much photographed Southwark tube station in London.

this is a slight snapseed rework of a shot recently published on Fotoblur: tube

addendum: just a quick note on the absence of people - this was taken in the middle of the day and there were loads of people around. I two two sets of three bracketed shots and HDR'ed them and then did a method of differences to remove the people. I used a similar method for my rush hour on the M1 shot but in that case I used far more shots. These shots were all hand held.

Subway in North American means the tube or the underground in London.

When I followed a "Subway" sign in London, I ended up going through an underground passage (for pedestrians) crossing under a street :)

Happy Bokehless Wednesday!

Early upload for me, it's wednesday somewhere!

Taken in the same station, Marylebone, as my previous underground upload but a few moments later. Processed this one a little differently.

Listening to: www.laut.fm/user/fm-musik/stream.asx Some Deep House goodness :)

You're not hallucinating - for anyone who doesn't know, parts of the London Underground network are above ground!

The tube system in London never ceases to amaze me. Nabbed this lucky shot with only a couple of people which I’ve then removed. This was walking from the Northern line to the Elizabeth line.
