The environmental soldiers from the Choke scene. I didn't have all the parts to make multiples of the one on the left, so I just threw together the third in a somewhat similar style.

What is life if you can't enjoy a cold one with the boys?
I got loads of BA figs at the con. Will let me take a handful of the old Heer torsos, so that's how I got them. ;)
This low-rise 7 story building in downtown St. Augustine, Florida was built in 1928 and it was designed in the Spanish Colonial Revival architectural style.

St. Augustine (Spanish: San AgustÃn) is a city in the Southeastern United States, on the Atlantic coast of northeastern Florida. Founded in 1565 by Spanish explorers, it is the oldest continuously occupied European-established settlement within the borders of the continental United States.
The county seat of St. Johns County, St. Augustine is part of Florida's First Coast region and the Jacksonville metropolitan area. According to the 2010 census, the city population was 12,975. The United States Census Bureau's 2013 estimate of the city's population was 13,679, while the urban area had a population of 71,379 in 2012.
St. Augustine was founded on September 8, 1565, by Spanish admiral Pedro Menéndez de Avilés, Florida's first governor. He named the settlement "San AgustÃn", as his ships bearing settlers, troops, and supplies from Spain had first sighted land in Florida eleven days earlier on August 28, the feast day of St. Augustine.[10] The city served as the capital of Spanish Florida for over 200 years. It was designated as the capital of British East Florida when the territory briefly changed hands between Spain and Britain.
Spain ceded Florida to the United States in 1819, and St. Augustine was designated the capital of the Florida Territory upon ratification of the Adams-OnÃs Treaty in 1821. The Florida National Guard made the city its headquarters that same year. The territorial government moved and made Tallahassee the capital in 1824. Since the late 19th century, St. Augustine's distinct historical character has made the city a major tourist attraction.
Founded in 1565 by the Spanish conquistador, Pedro Menéndez de Avilés, St. Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied settlement of European origin in the contiguous United States. In 1562, a group of Huguenots led by Jean Ribault arrived in Spanish Florida to establish a colony in the territory claimed by Spain. They explored the mouth of the St. Johns River, calling it la Rivière de Mai (the River May), then sailed northward and established a settlement called Charlesfort at Port Royal Sound in present-day South Carolina. Spain learned of this French expedition through its spies at ports on the Atlantic coast of France. The Huguenot nobleman René de Laudonnière, who had participated in the expedition, returned to Florida in 1564 with three ships and 300 Huguenot colonists. He arrived at the mouth of the River May on June 22, 1564, sailed up it a few miles, and founded Fort Caroline.
Desiring to protect its claimed territories in North America against such incursions, the Spanish Crown issued an asiento to Menéndez, signed by King Philip II on March 20, 1565, granting him expansive trade privileges, the power to distribute lands, and licenses to sell 500 slaves, as well as various titles, including that of adelantado of Florida.[11] This contract directed Menéndez to sail for La Florida, reconnoitre it from the Florida Keys to present-day Canada, and report on its coastal features, with a view to establishing a permanent settlement for the defense of the Spanish treasure fleet. He was ordered as well to drive away any intruders who were not subjects of the Spanish crown.
On July 28, Menéndez set sail from Cádiz with a fleet led by his 600-ton flagship, the San Pelayo, accompanied by several smaller ships, and carrying over 1,000 sailors, soldiers, and settlers. On the feast day of St. Augustine, August 28, the fleet sighted land and anchored off the north inlet of the tidal channel the French called the River of Dolphins. Menéndez then sailed north and confronted Ribault's fleet outside the bar of the River May in a brief skirmish. On September 6, he returned to the site of his first landfall, naming it after the Catholic saint, disembarked his troops, and quickly constructed fortifications to protect his people and supplies.
Menéndez then marched his soldiers overland for a surprise attack on Fort Caroline, where they killed almost everyone in the fort except for the women and children. Jean Ribault had already put out to sea with his ships for an assault on St. Augustine, but was surprised by a storm that wrecked his ships further south. Informed by his Indian allies that the survivors were walking northward on the coast, Menéndez began to search for the Frenchmen, who had made it as far as the banks of the Matanzas River's south entrance.[17] There they were confronted by the Spaniard and his men on the opposite side. After several parleys with the Spanish, Jean Ribault and the Frenchmen with him (between 150–350, sources differ) surrendered; almost all of them were executed in the dunes near the inlet, thereafter called Matanzas (Spanish for "slaughters").

Soldiers for Bricks Cascade in Portland this weekend.
Each will come with 2 weapons. There are limited quantities available.
The Ho Chi Minh trail was a network of paths and roads used to funnel troops and supplies from North Vietnam to the South, through jungle and inhospitable terrain. Trucks were used for some of the heavier supplies, but a lot of the transport was done on foot or using bicycles.
Despite extensive bombing, the US were never able to completely stem the flow into the South.
Recieving a cargo shipment. For the Purge, my way of representing them. I must say, I'm in love with this minfig.cat vest.

The Norman Kidwelly Castle, in the town of Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire, Wales.
The earliest written form of the name, 'Cetgueli', is recorded by the monk, Nennius, writing in the 9th century. One theory is that the name means the land, territory, or kingdom of Cadwal. Another theory is that the name is the combination of the two words 'Cyd' (joint) and 'Gweli' (bed), i.e., the joining of the two river beds Gwendraeth Fawr and Gwendraeth Fach, wherein Cydweli lies. The town itself is ancient, established by written records at around 1106 AD.
The substantial and well preserved castle and church were established by the invading Normans in 1106. The earliest castle on the site was a typical Norman motte and bailey design that was made of earth and timber. The 13th century re-design was commissioned by Edward I Longshanks as a strategic part of his 'Ring of Steel' oppression against the Welsh. At the time of the stone castle's creation, Kidwelly benefited from the latest strategic military thinking in castle design. It had a concentric design with one circuit of defensive walls set within another to allow the castle to be held even if the outer wall should fall. The great gatehouse was begun late in the 14th century but it wasn’t completed until 1422, somewhat due to the Welsh rebel Owain Glyndŵr’s efforts to reclaim Welsh independence.
A field in the neighbouring forest of Kingswood, Maes Gwenllian is known as the location of a battle in 1136, in which Princess Gwenllian, sister of Owain Gwynedd, led her husband's troops into battle against a Norman army during his absence. She is believed to have been killed either during the battle or shortly afterwards, historians debate whether her death was at Maes Gwenllian or if she was marched back to Kidwelly Castle to be beheaded there.
Although being an ancient town, Kidwelly grew significantly during the industrial revolution, as did many other towns in southern Wales. The town was home to a large brickworks and tinworks. Little evidence now exists of such activities since the closure of the industrial works, with the exception of Kidwelly Industrial Museum.

I guess most T.Girls keep their lives quietly hidden away behind the curtains but for some celebrating what we are and proudly showing what we've become is how we get our buzz. The nice thing is we are all individuals and do our own thing and some like to just be shocking or saucy whereas others like myself try to be more engaging trying to convince ourselves that we still normal wholesome people too. Well I'm sure whatever I do I am making a reasonable job of it with the right mix of glamour, teasing and wit for my following might not be huge but it is is growing all the time. As I've said before all the attention makes me feel a bit like a minor celebrity which is nice but the thing I hate the most is when perfect strangers get a crush or even fall in love with me as however ridiculous it might be it's hard to say one is not in love with them or have any feelings as you don't even know them and usually don't even know what they look like. So I know it's stupid but just the thought of being unkind to people hurts me so I try to truefully answer messages if I can, but I can't get too involved as I'm a bit like a forces sweetheart I have to spread myself right across the Bedspread British Empire and beyond, one night I'm drinking pints in the Alex the next handing out Mars Bars and stockings to the 'troops' and trying on the odd Fez or two in Alexandria as one does. Then Jojo wakes up to find it was all dream....or at least I thought it was

Will brought me another camo fig yesterday so I can expand my Modern troops a little. This was just a quick pic show them off with some of their new gear.
Well, this is all I have so far.
Had a few of Rumrunner's vehicle decals left over, so decided to do something useful.
Also, I have made a Thompson 1928 mod. Hope you like it. I did make a Bren, but it broke before I took the photo, so I didn't use it.
Can't wait to get that other dark tan stuff and the Brodie Johnny, means I can get another one done!!!
These will be available soon! Website will be up shortly, the name "Brick Battalion" was chosen back in May, so have been designing for some time now, I know you that helped have been dying for it to be online!
Got mah stuff.
I'm also in interested in the history of the American Civil War. Love these figs!
Besides my big MOC, I'm making a Civil War vig!
I LIKE COMENTS MORE THAN FAVES!
I'm sort of drawing a line here. It's been almost a whole year since I joined Flickr and my Tesla Troops Project is still in development. I have to admit that there is a great room for improvement, but I was never patient enough to get back to some old build an refine it. Not even once. Also, when I was looking for some old models to make this compilation, it turned out that most of them had got damaged with one of the LDDs update! This is the waorst thing in LDD: when it deletes some bricks from your model without even telling you wich ones those were..
Anyway, that is not why I uploaded this pic, the main reason is I'm finally on CUUSOO!
It might take some time for me to arrange it propely, but here's the link for this project. In the mean time, you can see most of the models in Tesla Troops image set, here on Flickr.
Stay tuned and thanks for your support!
This image was taken during the battle at The Victory Show at Cosby, Leicestershire.
These Airborne troops are part of a large scale battle with re-enactors from both allied and axis perspectives.
Whilst the battle is a large attraction of the show it is just one part of a 3 day event.

Most of the figures are basically copies of each other, with a few small changes, but I had fun making the one kneeling down and the one crouched down.
