Sound trigger from www.hiviz.com - no delay unit yet. It's triggering the shutter. As you can tell, the shutter lag is roughly 100ms (0.1s).
I haven't tested triggering a flash unit yet, but as you can tell, that's what you would need for any high speed events. I like how the ruler jumps as the golf ball hits the chair.
I should add that I achieved the 100ms shutter lag by setting the camera to full manual (incl focus) and enabled mirror lockup.
