I used a trigger to take photographs of my new machine in the yard before I start working it for real. It picks an eight tonne ingot mould up and holds it with a single lug without slippage. I had Schofield graphics applied a few days later. I take a lot of photos of new items so that I have a wide choice to choose from for any advertising that we might do in the future and because they don't stay shiny and new for long.

"Studies suggest that individuals with BPD tend to experience frequent, strong and long-lasting states of aversive tension, often triggered by perceived rejection, being alone or perceived failure"

ugh. I'm not even sure if this is allowed on flickr. lulz

See: he moved a bit, and now we see him holding the trigger, with the excited look on his face. This kid's going to be a photographer!

Jonny has so much hair it's hard to get a damn shot of his hot face

designed for moose hunting...so you don't have to remove your gloves when you want to pull the trigger. all the fashionable rage in Newfoundland.

Note the highly polished internals and the massive hammer springs. This spring design is much more relaible and less likely to break than conventional "V" leaf springs. Did you notice that the hammers are attached to their pivots on the trigger plate instead of the action?

This Trigger fish was feeding off the coral that was scattered around the seabed.

Christmas decorations at Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur ...

I received my Adorama Flashpoint radio triggers. All I could think to do was shoot the cat ;-)

Nothing fancy here; I just bounced an old Sunpak 544 off the ceiling. I was using my old FujiFilm S9000. Even though it's old, and doesn't match the XTi, I paid a lot of money for it, so I figure I might as well use it once in a while. Besides, if the radio triggers malfunctioned I figured that I wouldn't be out my regular camera. I do like the idea of the S9000; it looks like a DSLR and has full manual everything.

There's really nothing here that I couldn't do with my ST-E2, infrared trigger, and my Canon flash, but being able to go full manual with the radio trigger means more consistent results and less excuses about what the computer decided the right exposure should be. I guess I don't have a 28mm lens that will focus this close, either.
