An exhibition design based on conspiracy theories. I chose to resolve the mystery of Bermuda Triangle. The concept is ‘disappearing’. The exhibition booth was designed like a ship sinking into the floor, with additional display of submerging air crafts and periscope on a submarine.
I had to test out my quilted pillow-making skills with one for myself first! This one matches my triangles quilt.
On the treeless, wind scarred island 35 Km north of Cape Scott once stood our Coast's Loneliest Lighthouse. In 1908, the Dominion Government built the Triangle Island wireless telegraph station and light house, 690 feet above sea level, at the end of a 1600 foot long inclined tram.

Finished triangle toss quilt. The original pattern is from Little Miss Shabby. My version has smaller triangles that I attempted to paper piece...they aren't perfect squares! 😮 But it turned out fine and is already being loved by a new baby!

This is an experiment I did with Oregon sunstone. It's a super-simple faceting design comprised of about 5 facets (including the table, excluding the squared corners).
I had no good reason to take this photo, I was just messing around at work one day and cut of the corner of a cardboard box then, while I was carrying it around something compelled me to put it here next to the light of a window and take a photo of it and for whatever reason I ended up liking it a lot and figured, why not post it online? Yes, it was a slow day.

This picture was taken from dumping yard of Sylhet City Corporation, situated just outside the city. City Corporation is dumping all types of garbage here without any hesitation. There is no recycling plant or classified zone to dump the industrial, medical or household garbage in different place to avoid environment pollution. The people work here has no healthy equipments to work in such an unhealthy environment. They work inside medical garbage without wearing any shoes or protection in legs, which causes different types of medical injuries. This not only the dumping zone in Sylhet but it is the common scenario of the entire dumping yard in the country. Someone needs to take the ownership to change the way to treat the garbage & to ensure a minimum living standard & working environment of the people related to this work.
