Abitanti: Trebani

Festa patronale: San Pietro Eremita

Frazioni e Località: Altipiani di Arcinazzo, Cimetta

Comuni limitrofi: Filettino, Guarcino, Fiuggi, Piglio, Arcinazzo Romano, Jenne, Vallepietra.

Distanza da Frosinone Km. 43

Autostrada: A1 Colleferro.

Suddenly, I saw some movement in the corner of my eye. There was a spider walking over my window, but he walked very fast. I shoot a few pictures very quickly. This was the best one of the 3.

MEDICINE COMPANY TO HOLD FORTH ONH DUNES HIWAY

The Indiana Medicine company, of which County Commissioner H. A. Polentzke is one of the incorporators, has opened up for business on the Polentzke farm on the Dunes Hiway one-half miles east of Tremont. Dr. O. L. The company expects to maintain six rooms for patients and later on will erect additions to the building."

The following newspaper item was published December 13, 1923, in The Chesterton Tribune:

NEW SANITARIUM ON DUNES ROAD

One of the new improvements along the Dunes highway west is to be seen a short distance east of Tremont. It is located just off the main highway a few hundred feet, on a new stone road that is being built to the south. It is a story-and-a-half structure, at present of 30x80 feet dimensions, with basement, and will be known as the office headquarters and sanitarium of the Indiana Medicine Company, Inc., of Indiana.

The new company is composed of Mr. A. H. Pollentske, of Furnessville, and owner of the large farm on part of which the new sanitarium is located. Mr. Pollentzke is also one of the county commissioners of Porter county, which office he has held for eight or ten years. Associated with Mr. Pollentske, in the company, are Doctor Chas. Clayton, familiarly known here and at Gary as the "Indian Doctor," of Gary; B. McKensie, of St. Louis, Mo., India Medicine Company, of that city; and Dr. o. L. Stephenson, practicing physician at Gary and formerly practicing at Indianapolis.

The new institution has been well equipped for office and consultation as well as for treatments and sanitarium service; although the capacity for the latter service at present limited it is intended that this will be greatly increased by additional and larger buildings and the institution grows, as it no doubt will. The company is intending the undertaking to be the nucleus of a large and growing institution, which shall take its place among the prominent and serviceable sanitariums of this party of the country.

The "Indian Doctor," as he is called, has been in Gary and has been coming to Michigan City for a long time, and is well known. The new institution was opened for business Sunday [December 9, 1923], and those from Michigan City, Gary, and other nearby places will find the new Indiana Medicine Company headquarters open for inspection.

The following newspaper item was published March 26, 1925, in The Chesterton Tribune:

SOCIAL AND PERSONAL

Charles Clayton, president of the Indian Medicine company, of Tremont, is the proud owner of a dog that is attracting considerable attention hereabout. It is a German police black wolf, just past four months old. Its mother is international champion and the sire is a national champion. The markings of this dog are really unusual, the boat being coal black, without a single discolored hair. Both sire and dam are priceless, the owners refusing to sell at any price. Mr. Clayton is very proud of his pet, and has good reason to be. His partner, Herman Pollentske also owns a silver grey wolf dog that is now in training under the instruction of a professional Germain trainer of Chicago. The dog is being trained for police work, and will graduate in three months more. The animal is unusually intelligent naturally, and with the expert training it is receiving, will be unusually valuable.

Ford GT[edit]

2005 Ford GT

Main article: Ford GT

At the 1995 Detroit Auto Show, the Ford GT90 concept was shown and at the 2002 show, a new GT40 Concept was unveiled by Ford.

While similar in appearance to the original cars, it was bigger, wider, and three inches taller than the original 40 inches (1.02 m). Three production prototype cars were shown in 2003 as part of Ford's centenary, and delivery of the production Ford GT began in the fall of 2004. The Ford GT was assembled in the Ford Wixom plant and painted by Saleen, Incorporated at their Saleen Special Vehicles plant in Troy, Michigan, USA.

A British company, Safir Engineering, who made continuation GT40s in the 1980s owned the GT40 trademark at that time, and when they completed production, they sold the excess parts, tooling, design, and trademark to a small American company called Safir GT40 Spares based in Ohio. Safir GT40 Spares licensed the use of the GT40 trademark to Ford for the initial 2002 show car, but when Ford decided to make the production vehicle, negotiations between the two failed, and as a result the new Ford GT does not wear the badge GT40. Safir GT40 Spares asked $40 million for the rights, which Ford declined.[16][17]

Bob Wood, one of three partners who own Safir GT40 Spares, said: "When we talked with Ford, they asked what we wanted. We said that Ford owns Beanstalk in New York, the company that licenses the Blue Oval for Ford on such things as T-shirts. Since Beanstalk gets 7.5 percent of the retail cost of the item for licensing the name, we suggested 7.5 percent on each GT40 sold."[18] At the then-estimated $125,000 per copy, 7.5% of 4,500 vehicles would have totalled approximately $42,187,500.[18] Later models or prototypes have also been called the Ford GT but have had different numbering on them such as the Ford GT90 or the Ford GT70. The GT40 name is currently licensed to Hi-Tech Automotive in South Africa, the manufacturer who builds Superformance.

A second-generation Ford GT was unveiled at the 2015 North American International Auto Show. It features a 3.5L twin-turbocharged V6 engine, carbon fiber monocoque and body panels, pushrod suspension and active aerodynamics. It will compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship and the United SportsCar Championship.
