I love these! They serve no purpose whatsoever except to be ridiculously cute. From Kiddyland.

Cheese, anyone?

This Blythe doll is Fighting Milk Saranghae for “T is for Tray” in our Christmas alphabet. I made her dress a few years ago. I recently found these cute hair clips at Marshall’s. The cheese tray is an ornament from Hallmark.

Popped out to the park with my son earlier and saw this lovely Series 2A in the car park. This is a late model as the 2As only had the headlights in the wing for 1970 and 1971 before the series 3 came out. It is some sort of home made conversion to a drop side I couldn't work out if the chassis had been lengthened, it definitely still earns its keep. Fully loaded I would imagine it is not the quickest but definitely full of character.

Came across this and thought that the occupants must be finding it cold to use egg trays as insulation....cropped and desaturated the colour for Sliders Sunday.

HSS everyone :)

Creepy and gross and bloody tray of milk and cookies.

And a nice little note for santa.

A photo I captured from this weekend's Phoenix Dance Troop's show. I loved the stage and costumes and props. Caught one of the dancers - TRAY.

This image has a little bit different approach. I arranged the objects and changed the composition and some objects. Lighting is done with just a household lamp in the upper left corner.

When I was shopping today, I was looking at cheese that I like and looking for cheese that would be interesting to photograph. I was looking at Swiss cheese and the deli staff came up to me and advised if you are looking for cheese try these, the middle cheese has cranberries, orange and orang cognac liquor. The other cheese Is salted caramel. I wasn't hungry when photographing but my husband was. He really liked both cheeses. The pickled beets are home made by a friend.

Still playing around with my water drop techniques. This time, I'm dropping into a soy tray. It's the shallowest thing I could find in my kitchen. I hoped a shallower drop would affect the splash back.

Animated Margarita Tray. Touch tray for wearable margarita, including drinking animation.

In basingstoke there's a cute strange shop that's partway between ikea and a pound shop but in a good way. I picked up this cute cram cream inspired tray with bears on!

Played with waterdrops again. Pure water (with colour) in a baking tray as opposed to the petri dishes or glassware I've been using.

Variety of wood trays decoupaged in decorative papers.

I made this little tray for myself. It's about the right size for a single roll. It uses a blue wood ash glaze over stoneware.

i'm turning in my projects so i'm taking pics of everything...

The series "Tray" was made during my residency at Soup Lab in 2012, based on Heinrich Hoffman's book Struwwelpeter. The series was shot entirely on 4x5" orthochromatic film (Rollei) with a Graflex and an Aero Ektar, developed in R09, hand printed.

Back to Tray Mountain to try out my new Nikon 7II. Unfortunately I shot all my photos in jpeg instead of raw and I think it rendered the tones and colors a little harshly. Also I forgot my polarizing filter. But otherwise it was a pleasant excursion with a few nice views from the mountain. Here is an outcrop at the peak of the mountain with a little fall color

I designed and folded this simple origami tray in 2017. Due to the way the bottom is structured, it could also be used as a picture frame. The tray is square, but can easily be adapted to rectangular shape.
