University Trax (light rail) whizzes between Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Field House. There are four university stops along the University Line, which connects to downtown SLC and serves the Salt Lake Valley.

UTA TRAX train passing 9400 South before the 9400 Station was built. The train is deadheading back to the maintenance facility after running a University of Utah to Sandy train. The train is composed of former San Jose Santa Clara County VTA UTDC cars.
The Trax is the last Korean built Chevrolet for Europe. By the end of next year Chevrolet will stop selling cars in Europe. The Trax will not be mised that much as the near identical Opel will remain available.
