Difficult to say how this happens but not unusual. Flies appear to be unable to reverse out of this situation either becoming intoxicated from the nectar or simply held in this position unable to get out ?

Traps stacked on the wharf at the end of lobster season

Saw this spotted lanternfly trapped in a spiderweb and liked the background beyond that I thought would make for some great bokeh to show the web as well. So it was time to get the macro lens and placed in the 7D Mark II.

We captured this sweet boy last night and David was able to take both cats to our vet this morning. Turns out this one was already fixed... we didn't notice his clipped ear... the other kitten turned out to be a boy and will get fixed and vaccinated tomorrow!!

I hope I can get them adopted, I hate to see them on the street.... but they can always eat at my house!
