I feel terrible about this, because the gentleman sitting was my "fiance" at one point and I can't remember his name! He was Brett's assistant at the blacksmith's. The officer is Jim Shuman.

My first goalie glove. This was part of a "hybrid" ice and roller hockey glove set. I bought it while I was still living in Oklahoma. These gloves were WOEFULLY underpadded for ice hockey.

Trapper. Collie. 2008 Intake. came to us balding from the rough back, skin inflamed from an infection after a flea infestation, a double ear infection, an umbilical hernia, heartworm positive, underweight and had eight pulp exposures. He was undoubtedly suffering tremendously.
His foster lovingly applied ointments and bathed him every other day with medicated shampoo. His skin was so raw, he howled through his baths. Trapper's skin slowly began to heal and his coat started to grow in fully and soft.
Eventually Trapper was released into our adoption program, and quickly made his way to his Forever Home.

Named after a pioneer trapper named Brady(was was killed on Brady Island), this village is very much not a ghost town. We drove through and the old Texaco gas station caught our eye. While taking photos, we were accompanied by a very friendly feline.

A World Premiere!
Blitzen Trapper mined their lyrical storytelling and Oregonian roots to create a story for the stage that fuses the energy of a rock concert with the imaginative possibility of the theater. Wild and Reckless traces the unforgettable tale of two kids on the run, in a futuristic vision of Portland’s past. Evoking a bygone era of Portland, this sci-fi dystopian love story features a rock-and-roll score that marries previously unreleased songs with favorites from the band’s catalog, including “Black River Killer” and “Astronaut.” Portland Center Stage at The Armory commissioned Wild and Reckless as the second world premiere in its new “Northwest Stories” series, dedicated to developing and producing stories about, or by artists from, the northwest region.
