Whan I have a bit of time I play around with Photomatix to see how much juice I can get out of some specific images. Here I put together 5 different exposures on Lightroom's virtual copies and then cropped the photo to a more suitalble frame. There's a huge deal of noise that I couldn't get rid of in the lower righty side of the image, the sea has gone a bit crazy there... Unfortunately I only count on Lightroom's noise reduction and cannot make any local adjustment, had I push too much the sliders the rest of the image would have gone extra soft.

I have several baby anoles in my yard but this one is different. It is partially translucent & you can see glimpses of the internal organs. Cute little baby.

Almost infinitely recyclable, glass can be shaped to form anything from the ordinary to the artistic as this glasswork consisting of a jellyfish's tentacles showcases.
Best when viewed in LIGHTBOX.

Für Berti (eulenbilder)
Smoke, water and a mystical spirit figure. Originally produced for Flickr Friday "See Through" but I decided to post a different picture as this was similar to my Macro Monday "Song" post.
This solar lamp changes colour, which is quite jolly during cold, gloomy evenings during our current 'bonus winter' season.
Today the Hereios of the We're Here! group are shooting Stuff in the Yard (which because it's a US group includes gardens).
You may be getting really tired of tulips at this point, but I'm not, and hey, it's my photostream, right?

Korth's Meadow - Iowa
The magic of late autumn color is closing fast! I still find these delicate leaves with the diffusing soft sunlight and earthy tones to be of some merit...
Our weather is changing fast today with wet, heavy snow just north into Minnesota. Sigh...
