Transformation Tuesday? Standard Signal Company mechanical dwarf has gotten a new GRS Spec with new lenses, still on the fence with the long porcelain blade that needs to be restored but for now it sports an unpainted rubber blade and has a GRS lamp. Now sits inside next to my US&S mechanical dwarf from Ohio.
The picture on the left was me on the first day of my fitness embarkation in 2013, on the right is me taken a few weeks ago in 2015. Marking my official 2 year progress. But my progress goes beyond physical changes. I am mentally and spiritually better as well. And I can actually jog now without looking so much like fish out of water.
Transformation is the change by which all the elements and all the movements of the being become ready to manifest the supramental Truth.

Today the actors are very dedicated and passionate about their role and they get into the skin of their offered character. We cannot believe that the transformation is so real. Sometimes the celebrities had to put on a lot of weight for their film and right after that their other film demands another transformation which might be so difficult for them.

Project Description:
Eighth grade students at Abigail Vare Elementary School spent several weeks with artist in residence, Ellissa Collier, to create an interdisciplinary art piece combining elements of geometry and traditional African fine crafts. Students explored pattern in traditional African mask-making and fine crafts, learned basic sewing techniques and then created a 2-dimensional fabric wall hanging utilizing decorative patterns, symbols and geometric shapes. The students also developed an awareness of mathematical forms including congruence, similar shapes, scale, ratio, proportion and symmetry.

U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys kicked off KATUSA and U.S. Soldier Friendship Week with a rousing opening ceremony that featured traditional Korean music and dance, a bravura martial arts demonstration by the Republic of Korea Army Special Forces and a display of precision and discipline by the ROK Army Honor Guard.
KATUSA and U.S. Soldier Friendship Week promotes the spirit of goodwill, cultural understanding and friendship between KATUSA and American Soldiers and reinforces a bond that was forged during the early days of the Korean War in 1950.
