Officials break ground for the new Clay Kaserne Access Control Point and the local media take a look at the impact of transformation in Wiesbaden.
The Times Square Transformation is a major capital project with one driving goal: to ensure that Times Square is designed to reflect the bold, cutting-edge spirit that has long-defined the Crossroads of the World while still catering to the needs and capacities of a 21st Century urban space. Beginning in 2012, the City will upgrade the infrastructure below Broadway and 7th Avenue and redesign the Broadway pedestrian plazas, turning what is now painted asphalt into a world-class piazza.
The plans for the Transformation have been designed by Snohetta, with consultation by the Times Square Alliance and the Department of Transportation.
Throughout the construction, the Times Square Alliance will provide real-time updates to Times Square residents, businesses, and other interested parties.

After enjoying the contents of a Westons Cider jar, I then spent the best part of 2 hours removing the label and getting rid of all the sticky stuff. The effort was rewarded by the fact it now makes a perfect addition to the Christmas decorations this year!!!

Some of the most beautiful aspects of writing code is the speedy multiplication and transformation of data. The programmer may start with one element, as I did here, with a picture I created representing one silicon chip. From there she goes on to replicate, concatenate and transform that one element into a thing of beauty.
I used Photoshop CS4 to draw one silicon chip. I duplicated that one chip many times to create a quilt background. I filtered that one background many times and then cut windows through each filtered transformation.
The American Gladiators paid a visit to USAG-Humphreys on Nov. 10 to entertain and uplift. Every seat at the Super Gym was filled with excited onlookers and some spectators even sat on the floor to see the show.
The Gladiators are professional athletes and actors who compete against selected amateur athletes on their eponymous television show.
Teams from units on Humphreys competed against the Gladiators in three events: dodge ball, tug of war and the joust.
During the evening’s events the most excited members of the crowd were the kids.
