Transwestern's Houston office launched its third annual TransForm Challenge on Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. The kickoff party included complimentary coffee and breakfast, t-shirts, door prize giveaways including an Apple iPad Mini, healthy lifestyle vendors including My Fit Foods, Crossfit, Smoothie King and Whole Foods. A representative from Hoopy Thoughts was also present, giving introductory lessons on hula hooping, a fitness class that will be offered to team members throughout the challenge.
In the four-month challenge, participants are weighed and measured by a third-party registered dietician. More than $5,000 in prizes will be awarded to contestants who transform their health the most over the four-month period. Informative events inlcluding educational lunches, fitness events and farmer's market tours are planned throughout the challenge to provide team members with additional information on living a healthy lifestyle.
This challenge is a part of a nationwide effort by Transwestern to improve the health and overall wellness of its team members. Each office will hold a wellness challenge unique to its office and team members to encourage living a healthy lifestyle.

En effet, les futurs pensionnaires de la Fédérale 3, ont éprouvé bien des difficultés pour venir à bout de Plabennec.
Il faut dire que les Finistériens ont joué sans complexe avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme, inquiétant les protégés de Yann Le Roux jusqu'à la fin du match. L'ardeur défensive des visiteurs était malheureusement souvent sanctionnée par des pénalités que s'empressait de transformer le botteur maison Bodchon à la 12' et 15' (6-0 à la mi-temps). L'étroitesse du score peut s'expliquer par une rigueur des rideaux défensifs, mais aussi par de nombreuses fautes de main et des mauvais choix. « On a su quand même concrétiser nos temps forts », analysait le coach local pas trop rassuré par ces 40 premières minutes.
Le début du deuxième acte voyait les Malouins réduits à 14 après le carton jaune infligé à Vorimore, ce dont profitait Moullec pour réduire la marque (6-3, 45') mais le pied de Bodchon faisait merveille sur une nouvelle pénalité. Après l'heure de jeu, Plabennec retrouvait des couleurs et se jetait dans la bataille. Une attaque classique prolongée par un coup de pied de déplacement amenait l'essai de Le Guennec, transformé par Moullec (9-10, 62').
L'inquiétude dans le camp Cercliste était de courte durée puisqu'à deux reprises, la « botte » magique de Bodchon permettait aux locaux de reprendre la course en tête aux 68' et 73' (15 -10). Les joueurs du XV Corsaire terminait en trombe en inscrivant un premier essai dans les arrêts de jeu par Foto (22 -10), mais que cela avait été difficile !

La industria vitivinícola chilena ha transformado la fisonomía territorial de sus principales valles como Casablanca, Maule, Colchagua, Maipo y otros, logrando que el turismo de la industria se fije en la arquitectura para seguir expandiéndose. Es por esto que la Facultad de Arquitectura y Arte de la Universidad del Desarrollo investigó cómo las viñas han potenciado sus instalaciones y han hecho de éstas un nuevo ícono de las rutas del vino.
De 90 viñas catastradas, 10 fueron las escogidas por su aporte arquitectónico, las cuales son: TerraMater, Alma Viva, Tabalí, Santa Ema, Pérez-Cruz, Maquis, Estampa, Chocalán, Barón Rothschild y Altair.
