Transdev Keighley 'Otleydash' branded Optare Solo 156 is seen here on Bradford Road climbing up towards the upmarket village of Menston; to the south west of Otley.
Surprisingly these buses run dead all the way from Keighley (some 12 miles away) to operate this route and the 962, between Otley and Ilkley.
Not having a route number is something that is becoming more common at Transdev under the leadership of Alex Hornby. This current route is a cross town service, linking the old 965 service to the estates north of Otley with Menston railway station and village.
The vehicle pictured started life working on Keighley local routes under the 'Jets' brand, and was then painted into its current livery last year.

Today Saturday April 2nd 2016 will see the penultimate day of operation of the X80/180 & 280 service from Skipton to Preston. As this Lancashire County Council funded service with change operators on Monday April 4th to Preston Bus, who have stepped in to ensure this service is continued.
Transdev Lancashire United have operated this route for several years, using a selection of the Volvo B7RLE saloons with 1840, 1841 (FJ07CZN) and 1842 (FJ07CZM). The route was promoted as the 'Ribble Valley Express' as illustrated by 1840, a former Volvo demonstrator vehicle purchased in 2007.
The service has seen the livery change to the blue and yellow Lancashire United colour scheme, since 2012ish, with dedicated route branding for the route.
