TRANSDEV HARROGATE BUS COMPANY 1860.
new to Burnley & Pendle.
Wetherby road, Harrogate.
On 27th Feb 2014, Sir Tom Finney's funeral was held in Preston. This lead to various road closures and diversions. Between 1230 and around 1330, the bus station was shut off altogether, leaving a queue of around 30 buses waiting to depart. The bus station was a scene to behold, as all stands were taken up, leaving buses also queuing on the ring road just to enter.
The first bus to get caught up in the chaos is Transdev Lancashire United 2755 that parked up to wait. This departure was the 1235, however it did not leave the bus station until 1300. Thankfully this bus made it to the bus station as least, as a 280 from Preston was seen heading down the ring road caught up in the chaos towards the city centre, way off route!
This is a zoomed out picture.
440 waiting for its next stint on the X41 service on sunday 29th August
These buses are always late on a sunday, due to the fact that the service only has 5 minutes waiting time at either end of the route, no wonder the service was always late!
So they have put 3 buses on now, so buses now have 65 minute waiting time in blackburn instead of 5

Transdev in Keighley;
'The shuttle' service for route 662
The model will have slight variations, as all my models do. This colour was quite difficult to get, i'd say its a butterscotch, a light version.
This bus was unused, so i decided to do it up a bit, it looks much better, but still missing a wiper and mirror etc...
i like the livery
