Utrecht, 14 December 2025.
Today the new bus contracts in the province of Utrecht started operation. This saw Transdev take over services from Qbuzz in the city of Utrecht. The wider regional services are retained by Syntus, however the company is now trading as Keolis, the name of it's French owner.
A batch of 15 VDL Citea electric buses have been delivered for various services, one of the type is seen here heading towards Utrecht Science Park.

Transdev Lancashire United 1875 was one of two buses used for the bus pull challenge. This bus has recently gained Route 1 branding.

Transdev Harrogate have introduced short journeys between Harrogate and Starbeck on route 1 in mid-march using previously withdrawn volvo b6 buses and this optare solo. Reports that Bill Murray, Dan Ackroyd & Sigourney Weaver take turns driving are incorrect. V844FSG is seen here at Starbeck at the start of its journey.
