She recently graduated from secondary school and took it upon herself to be self-reliant by venturing into automobile repair. She specializes in Mercedes brands and Japanese cars.

Thanks to Mark Maunter and the Port Harbor Railroad in Granite City, IL, Grady was able to spend a couple hours on his 2nd birthday in the cab of the PHRR 4615 (ex CP 4615 / exx MILW 2035). He spent some quality time in the conductor's seat chowing on snacks and waving out the window. He handled the whole ride quite well and kept the ear plugs in for the most part. No safety vest needed as this younger wasn't doing the ground work!

On Monday 9th December 2019, 125 apprentices joined GMP. Good luck to them all as they start their career in the police service.

The batch consist of six trainees namely, Andres Fernando Larrea Arguello from Ecuador, Cebsile Nizzie Dlamini from Eswatini, Matilda Dotse from Ghana, Timur Dosmambetov from Kyrgyzstan, Shobha Kumari Paudel from Nepal and Essolakina Manakrihea Haliba from Togo. The DG took time to talk and listen to each of the trainees as they expressed their experience and the training they have learned with the Department of Safeguards. Um lanche com a Diretoria Executiva da Ambev, no dia 20/12, marcou a recepção aos 20 trainees selecionados no Programa 2012.
O evento aconteceu na sede da companhia, em São Paulo, e contou com a presença de Carlos Brito, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) da Anheuser-Busch InBev; do João Castro Neves, presidente da Ambev, e com alguns dos vice-presidentes da companhia: Márcio Fróes (Industrial), Milton Seligman (Relações Corporativas) e Ricardo Tadeu (Vendas), entre outros.
Os executivos fizeram um rodÃzio pelas mesas onde estavam os candidatos selecionados, conversando com todos sobre suas áreas e os desafios oferecidos pela companhia. O encontro também teve a presença de membros do conselho de administração da Ambev como Victório Carlos De Marchi e Marcel Herrmann Telles;
Os 20 jovens passaram por um concorrido processo seletivo – recorde de 73.889 nscrições. A turma recém-formada conta com representantes de nove Estados do Brasil, além de um peruano. A maior parte deles é formada nos cursos de Engenharia e Administração de Empresas. No primeiro dia útil de 2012 (02/01), eles começam a trilhar suas carreiras na companhia já como funcionários contratados, com um salário inicial de R$ 4.300,00. No perÃodo de dez meses, eles receberão treinamento em todas as áreas da empresa.
Na primeira fase de treinamento (primeiros cinco meses), eles passarão dois meses nas unidades fabris da Ambev para conhecer o processo de produção de bebidas; ficarão mais dois meses nos Centros de Distribuição Direta para aprender sobre as atividades da área comercial; e participarão, por um mês, de treinamento estratégico no prédio da administração central da companhia, em São Paulo, para se aprofundar na cultura Ambev.
Na segunda metade do programa (os cinco últimos meses), os jovens escolherão uma área de interesse na qual receberão orientação dirigida e aprofundarão os conhecimentos sobre suas atividades futuras. Durante esta etapa, eles serão enviados para St. Louis, nos Estados Unidos, quando todos os trainees do mundo da Anheuser Busch InBev se reúnem para um perÃodo de treinamento intensivo.
