After giving a lesson the other night, I was loitering by the crossing in Shibuya. This taxi-driver pulled-up and spent a few minutes waiting for his next fare. A perfect opportunity for a bit of shallow-dof fun with the wing-mirror on his car. I especially like the way the reflections of the city on the windscreen wrap around the reflection of the driver.

In 2015 Vienna changed the signal of about 120 pedestrian crossings showing heterosexual and gay couples.
That took place in preparation for the Eurovision Song Contest which has become a showcase for sexual tolerance. Austria’s „bearded lady“ Conchita Wurst won the contest in 2014.
The traffic lights became so popular that they became permanent to show Vienna's tolerance and openness.
Besides that it certainly helps that people don’t ignore the signals at pedestrian crossings so often as the used to do.
This signal does show a heterosexual couple.
Hard to drive when I can't take my eyes off the sky. Dark enough so lights shine, but sun still brightens cloud peaks.
I needed something with much space after that massive texture overkill in my last diorama.
Demonstrating some Modulex use for the bend sideway.
This is exactely the way many traffic lights look like in germay.
