Its National NS DL&W HU Week From July! (NNSDL&WHUWFJ, or NNSLHUWFJ for short.) NS 1074 was released from the paint booth in early May after repainting and it wears the best paint scheme of all time and looks great! (EL fans can argue it looked better with EL lettering and I'll listen to them. Santa Fe and Rio Grande fans, sorry but you're not #1.)

SEPTA Transit's fleet of Ford Crown Victoria's have become a rare sight since 2016 when the fleet of CVPI's were replaced with 2016 Interceptors. As of 2021, Around 5 2011 CVPI's remain inside SEPTA's Transit force. You can find this Crown Victoria housed at SEPTA's 69th St Transportation Center in Upper Darby, PA.
I believe this excursion was named the Prairie Marksman, a 2 day trip from Effner, Ind. to Keokuk, Iowa and back the next day on Sept. 29 and 30, 1979 with freshly painted GP30 700 that was repainted from the Bicentennial paint scheme. shown here at Effner, Ind. loading passengers for the trip west.
