I am sure everyone of us has a special place which does just this. Oldshoremore does it for me every time. A little bit of heaven on earth. When we first 'found' it, I felt we really were the first to set foot here......we were the only people on this pristine sand on a sunny Easter Sunday.....now that is something.
I don't know why, but I really loved the lighting here... It was such a peaceful place and the way the light was hitting the roots and moss at the base of this tree struck me a beautiful... I hope you all think so as well!
I'm just about at another milestone here in Flickrland. I'm almost at 50K views and I would like to thank you all for the many visits, views, comments, faves... Everything!!! It means the world to me!

your touch
falling
like first snow in the dark
to the place
where my skin
forgets its name
your touch
on the small of my back
is a door opening
I step through,
weightless
into the hush of you
My whole heart will be yours forever….

Hey hey hey!
Don't think I have much to say, other than I'm finally home after a day of driving through this snowstorm; I stopped pretty early along the way when it started to come down a little harder at these tracks I've eyed pretty much every time I've gone back and forth from school. I'm a little miffed because there's this awesome black train that just sits there, and if I'd left this uncropped to the right just like two inches it would've been in the frame, but it made the composition all crazy and photography shit yada. And I would've positioned myself differently, but halfway through shooting these (five photos) this old guy in a truck decided to just sit and watch the show and I got pretty nervy for obvious reasons and hit the road again. But. It was still a really good time. Ohio gets really beautiful this time of the year, like, everything on my drive looked like those little miniature houses and farms in Christmas set-ups.
Nature's cool, yo.
Feels good to be home, baby

I'm sure I'll being seeing you guys a lot this week, being on break and all. So happy Tuesday and I'll see you soon <3

This guy has a fish spotted and is coming in for the catch. Sorry to be posting so many eagle shots, but this has been a wonderful year to photograph these beautiful raptors. I will get caught up with all of you soon. Right now headed out to shoot more eagles.
