A different approach to processing the same image as the previous one gives totally different feeling to all...I think this is what is meant by magic of photoshop, as we 'act' upon things almost as painters do....b.mikic

Long Tailed Tit (Aegithalos caudatus) I've been watching a pair of long tailed tits building a nest. They have finished the moss and leaves stage and now they're on to the luxury finishing touches.

This is one more image I captured of the least bittern out in the open but it is showing a little more of her coloring than the first one I posted. So seldom are they out in the open that I could not keep my finger off the shutter button !!!

Suddenly discover signs of life
Step one, overcoming the resistance to want to reach out. Convincing yourself that it is alright to extend your hand. It will only burn initially and then it will be nothing but a tingling sensation of the fear you left behind.
Step two, the gentle touch. When you finally feel it and it was nothing compared to what your mind thought. After all, our imagination can be our greatest companion and sadly our worst demise.
Finally, the balance between overflowing what you can give but reminding yourself that if you don't receive the same back, there should be no regrets.
