“Architecture is the learned game, correct and magnificent, of forms assembled in the light.” - Le Corbusier
Some remnants of the main house of the motel. The touch of homeliness was appreciated by some of the clues left behind.
“Your touch is a language that speaks directly to my heart, expressing emotions words could never convey.”

When I was traveling Öland, an island off the east coast of Sweden, I decided to make the walk along the water a bit more interesting. And exhausting... I didn't last many meters.
Done in my local youth club summer 87 with Freaker GUC myself under the name K.One, this piece changed colour scheme twice during putting it up from mostly greens & yellows to what it ended up , as I said this was a commission & the council paid for the paint so it was straight up to London graphic centre Covent Garden & six ruck sacks full of Buntlack.... Well ita Be rude not to

Chocolate Mud cupcakes with German Chocolate Glaze and caramelised hazelnuts.
Cupcake recipe from Exclusively Food.
The glaze came out a bit thin as I used a small egg laid by one of our little hens. I think I'll just have to drink the glaze instead!
I tried to be super-efficient by making the caramelised hazelnuts last night but little did I know that the tendrils would melt over night. They're a third of the length they were last night but are much more manageable for the little people. :)
I've also discovered that hot caramel is so much fun to play with! You can make a lot of interesting shapes and pretty flourishes. I'm definitely going to play some more.
German Chocolate Glaze
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup caster sugar
50g dark chocolate, chopped
25g unsalted butter
Place all ingredients in a heatproof bowl, set over a pan of simmering water. Whisk continuously until chocolate and butter have melted and the mixture has slightly thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
ABC delicious Magazine, April 2011.
I took this picture at a football game. Then I went in photoshop and made this picture the background. Then I duplicated the layer and turned it black and white. Then using the eraser tool, I erased the black and white on the flag so only that had color.
The battery of my new camera was down at this moment. Hopefully, I had my old camera with me, so I could shoot this, but not under the angle I wish.
