Door een storing kon de trein niet verder tot het eerst volgende sein na de eerste klik.. Hierdoor konden de aanwezige fotografen uitgebreid foto's maken.

De kerk is gebaseerd op een schets van de beroemde architect Pierre Cuypers, maar is verder uitgewerkt door Joseph Cuypers en Jan Stuyt. Deze bouwden een neogotische kerk met enkele neoromaanse kenmerken. De Sint-Gummaruskerk is zeer robuust, en de ware omvang van het gebouw is niet goed zichtbaar naarmate men dichter tot het gebouw komt.
Hoewel gebouwd op 1100 houten heipalen, blijkt het gebouw te zwaar voor de ondergrond en begint het te verzakken. Om dit te stoppen worden in 1928 extra kapellen en nissen bij het gebouw gevoegd om zo het relatieve oppervlak groter te maken en het gewicht van de kerk beter te spreiden. Dit lukt en de verzakking stopt. Desalniettemin is vanaf de zuidzijde van de Markt nog steeds zichtbaar hoe de kerk enkele tientallen centimeters de grond in is gedrukt.
De vieringtoren is 83 meter hoog, en de Sint-Gummaruskerk is daarmee de op twee na hoogste kerk van Noord-Brabant, na de Sint-Joriskerk in Eindhoven en de Grote Kerk in Breda.

Architect A. Meijlink ontwierp het tankstation en in 1933 werd het gebouwd aan de uitvalsweg naar Vught, richting Eindhoven. Tot het millennium deed het dienst, daarna werd het gesloten omdat het niet aan de milieuregels voldeed. In 2003 werd het gebouwd een rijksmonument, toch verkeerde het gebouw enkele jaren later in slechte staat.

La Torre Agbar, amb els seus 4.000 leds multicolors, és tot un espectacle en la nit barcelonina. Com podeu veure. a més, les finestres son el major homenatge al joc del Tetris. Foto presa des de la terrassa del Hotel Silken Diagonal (tot bevent una caipiroshka).
Fixeu-vos en el curiós efecte dels leds entre els vidres tipus Gravent, talment com si fos un reflexe sota el mar.
Sobretot mireu-la en gran.

Another new day in the Knysna forest... and another new mushroom.
This little 'shroom very much reminded me of a strawberry Jelly Tot with the sugar already sucked off it.
It was glistening wet as if it just came out of my mouth.

Este es el aspecto que ofrece Sueca ( Ciudad arrozera )en esta epoca con el cultivo del arroz,un manto con distintas tonalidades verdes cubre todo el termino,tanto al amanecer como al atardecer es una gozada observarlo..
Aquest és l'aspecte que ofereix Sueca (Ciutat arrossera) en aquesta època amb el cultiu de l'arròs, un mantell amb diferents tonalitats verdes cobreix tot el terme, tant a l'alba com al vespre és un plaer observar-lo.
