====================================
You won't see many like this one. This is a very exclusive Bugatti Chiron, the successor to the equally unique Bugatti Veyron. Only 500 have been manufactured, for a base price of 2,400,000 euros. Its 16-cylinder V-engine gives 1500 horsepower, with a top speed of 420 km/h, but electronically limited, so it could give even more (it's stated that up to 480 km/h). It accelerates from 0 to 100 in 2.4 seconds, and from 0 to 400 in 32.6 seconds.
Obviously, this example, with Kuwaiti registration, was parked right in front of the Hotel de Paris, Monaco's most famous and exclusive establishment.
The coldest day of the year...but we go hardcore!, and take shot of this beast !

The Lancia-Abarth LC1, with its topspeed of 350 km/h, won three races and earned three pole positions in 1982.
At the time when Lancia wanted to enter Group 6 (two-seater sports cars) in 1982, this race class was phased out in favour of the new Group C (prototypes). Thanks to the fuel regulations this Lancia LC1, despite its relatively small 1.4-litre, 450 hp, four-cylinder turbo engine, proved competitive in Group C. To generate so much power with such a small engine was an incredible achievement and a technological feat.
Riccardo Patrese, Michele Alboreto and Alessandro Nannini were famous LC1 racing drivers. In 1983 the LC1 was replaced with the LC2, which fully met the Group C regulations.

1969 Yenco S/C Camaro
In the 1960s two of the big three, Chevrolet and Ford , each had their own secret weapons in the form of racecar drivers turned muscle car builders. Ford had the recently deceased Carroll Shelby modifying Mustangs for SCCA use and sale, whereas Chevy had the late Don Yenko modifying a wide array of their muscle cars, the most popular being the Camaro. Yenko also ran multiple Chevy dealerships where the bulk of his creations were sold.
In 1967 and 1968, Yenko was dropping 427 cubic-inch monsters from Corvettes into Camaro bodies and creating some of the most powerful Camaros of the era. One of Yenko’s crowning achievements came in 1969 when Yenko was tired of selling Camaros with limited warranties because of his modifications and convinced Chevy to add a 427-equipped Camaro to its special equipment ordering system, known as COPO.
This addition of the 427-equipped Camaro to COPO made it possible for Yenko to sell these cars with the GM-standard 5-year or 50,000-mile warranty. Yenko ordered a grand total of 198 of the Camaro 427s available from COPO (Central Office Production Order). The total number of COPO Camaros produced and sold is unknown, but has been rumored as anywhere from 500 to 1,000.
With exception of the 427 jammed into the engine compartment, the Camaro 427s came from COPO with almost nothing identifying them as a special model; they even came with the old dog dish hubcaps on steel wheels.
Yenko made sure to order his from COPO with 15-inch rally wheels, a front stabilizer bar, and a 140 mph speedometer. The rest of the customization was all Yenko’s doing.

"...That’s looking like Audi’s plan for the RS4, which really is as much a return to its previous form than it is a downgrade of sorts. After all, as recent as 2001, the RS4 Avant packed a 2.7-liter, twin-turbo V-6 under its hood, so it’s not like Quattro GmbH is venturing into unchartered territory when it comes to marrying the two sides together..."

In 1980 Ferrari unveiled the 308 GTSi, the spider version of the 308 GTBi. The "i" in the model designation referring to the fitment of fuel injection. The car stayed into production through to the beginning of 1983, during which time 1749 examples were produced, in both left and right hand drive configurations.
Visually the new model was almost identical to the outgoing one, although the casting pattern of the five spoke alloy wheels changed slightly due to the fitment of Michelin TRX metric size radial tires.

Tiki Waka 23/05/2021 14h23
The bobsled coaster built by Gerstlauer is almost 3 years old when I took this photo from the waiting area.
Tiki Waka
Tiki Waka is a Bobsled Coaster, a rollercoaster type with small trains for four people. The track contains a combination of elements of a wild-mouse roller coaster, curves and many airtime hills.
Since April 7, 2018, visitors have been able to try out the roller coaster during soft-openings. In the meantime, thematization and the like have been further completed. The official opening followed two months later, on 9 June.
The attraction is built on the former location of La Coccinelle, which in turn is relocated to the former location of La Grande Roue. Construction already started during the Halloween event in 2017. The Keverbaan was dismantled at the end of September and removed from the location and the Gold River Adventure pond was drained, after which construction work started. The first track shares were placed on 30 January. The name of the roller coaster was announced on February 15, during a site tour for the press and invited guests. The last track was placed on 1 March. Tiki Waka is part of the new Polynesian theme area Exotic World.
There are 5 trains on the track. These are separate carts that can each carry 4 people, in 2 rows of 2.

The vessel was lengthened by 8m from 71meters to 79meters making her the largest tank trawler in the Uk, also fish decks were made fully sheltered for crews safety.
