I had a dentist appointment a few days ago, where I was given a special mouthwash to use twice a day and a special paste to use once a day. Plus I've been instructed to make sure I brush twice a day and floss as hard as I possibly can, or else.
I don't think there's a single meal in my day that isn't tinged with the taste of mint at this point.
I've been meaning to buy toothpaste for days now. Every day, every freakin' day, I'd forget though. I was squeezing the tube to death trying to salvage something.
Today I got smart and wrote myself a note. And stuck it where I knew I wouldn't forget.
