Goddard's Ritsko Wins 2011 SAVE Award
The winner of the 2011 SAVE Award is Matthew Ritsko, a Goddard financial manager. His tool lending library would track and enable sharing of expensive space-flight tools and hardware after projects no longer need them.

My friend Barry was cleaning out his old shop and rediscovered this tool box. It belonged to his father and may have belonged to his grandfather. We are trying to figure out what brand it is and it's age. It is a very heavily constructed box. It is hard to imagine anyone picking it up full of tools. If you have any information please let us know.
Follow up note: Several people on the Garage Journal forum tell me it is a Chicago made Simonset military box dating from the WWII/Korean War era.

My father had the first tool box he ever had when he first became a Carpenter. I rememnber all of these tools and the almost identical tool box. Strange to think this one was in a museum.
The only tools you need to make some decent looking bokeh shapes. I've taped the template over the outside of the hood I created and I've also placed it inside before placing the hood over the lens. It seems to work better when I put it inside because I can see how straight and centered the template is.
Place the hood over, and around, your lens. As long as the cutout is smaller than the aperture of your lens it'll work perfectly. So make sure you set your lens' aperture for its widest setting.
