I adore the movie Bedknobs and Broomsticks, for those of you who are unfamiliar with it the movie is a 1970's Disney film that takes place in England. In the film the characters visit the famous Portobello Road. This photograph was taken at Portobello Road during their weekly open-air market on Saturdays. Lockets and other trinkets such as these could be found at every vendor. I love this photograph because of the shallow depth of field and the way the numerous other lockets are blurred in the background and only one is in focus.

Recently my aunt passed away and through the years I sent her little tokens of affection. She saved them, these are some from about 15 years ago which were returned to me as keepsakes.
